Every renovation begins with a visit to your home so we can fully understand the space and your plans for the project. During this visit, our team will inspect the existing bathroom, take detailed measurements, and assess the current layout and structure.
We will also take time to discuss your ideas, preferred style, colour schemes, and any practical requirements you may have for the new bathroom. This conversation helps us understand what you want to achieve and ensures we can recommend solutions that work both aesthetically and functionally.

Once we have completed the site visit, we use the information gathered to develop the renovation plan. This includes preparing a proposed bathroom layout and identifying the fixtures, fittings, and materials that will be used in the project.
If you have visited the showroom to select products, these selections are incorporated into the plan at this stage. Based on the final layout and product choices, we prepare a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work for the renovation.
Once the quotation is approved, we confirm the project schedule, arrange the required deposit, and agree on a start date for the renovation works.

The renovation phase begins with the preparation of the existing bathroom. On the first day, our plumber attends with members of our team to isolate the water supply, disconnect the existing sanitary ware, and prepare the room for the strip-out process.
The next stage involves removing the existing tiles, fixtures, and fittings. Surfaces are then prepared and any necessary adjustments to walls or structural elements are completed to ensure the space is ready for the new installation.
Once preparation is complete, the plumbing adjustments are carried out in line with the new bathroom layout. This ensures all pipework is positioned correctly for the new fixtures before the tiling stage begins. New tiles are then installed according to the agreed design plan, forming the visual foundation of the finished bathroom.

During the final stage of the renovation, the bathroom begins to come together as the new fixtures and fittings are installed. Sanitary ware such as the bath, shower, toilet, and basin are carefully fitted and connected, while finishing details such as trims, grout, and silicone are completed.
Our team carries out final adjustments and quality checks to ensure that every element of the installation meets our standards and functions as intended. The space is then thoroughly cleaned and prepared for handover.
